The Investor

The 35 year old started his property investment journey when he was living at home with his parents and dog.  He bought his first investment property in 2006 and is now up to investment number 3.

Shane had some money saved, enough for a deposit on 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located in Croydon, Victoria. He never thought this purchase would lead to two more and make him money while he's sleeping.

Shane needed to understand his numbers and need advice on how much he could afford for his first house first. One property was his short term goal, multiple properties was his long term goal. He needed a plan. 

Shane was energetic and enthusiastic about extending his property portfolio.
